Local Directions
Following 422 WEST, take the LANCASTER AVENUE Exit (222 Business - Left Exit). At end of exit ramp, TURN LEFT at light onto LANCASTER AVE. As you turn, you will pass under a little bridge and immediately there will be a traffic light. Including that light, go straight until you come to three traffic lights. At 3rd light, TURN RIGHT right onto HANCOCK BLVD (Mercedes Dealership on right). Hancock Blvd. turns into E. WYOMISSING BLVD. Go straight until you see Holy Name High School on right. STS. CONSTANTINE & HELEN CHURCH is the very next building on the right.
Following PA TURNPIKE WEST, take the I-176 MORGANTOWN EXIT (Exit 298 / Old Exit 22). Get onto I-176 NORTH. In about ten miles I-176 will dead end into 422. Take 422 WEST, and follow above directions entitled: "From East (using 422 W)".
Following 222 SOUTH, the road splits between 222 South / 442 West and 422 EAST. Go straight to pick up 422 EAST towards Pottstown. (You do not actually exit to switch roads). Once on 422 East, take the PENN AVENUE Exit (Note: Make sure you take the Penn AVENUE exit not the Penn STREET exit). At end of exit ramp, merge right onto Penn Ave. At 2nd traffic light, TURN LEFT onto 5TH AVE. 
Once on 5th Ave, you will go through four traffic lights. (NOTE: At 3rd light, street name changes to MUSEUM RD.) Continue straight onto Museum Road. After the fourth traffic light, there will be a left-hand turn lane at the first left that you can make. Get into the left-hand turn lane, and TURN LEFT onto PARKSIDE DRIVE SOUTH. Follow the winding road up the hill. STS. CONSTANTINE & HELEN CHURCH is on your right at the top of the hill, on the corner of Parkside Dr. South and E. Wyomissing Blvd.
Once on 5th Ave, you will go through four traffic lights. (NOTE: At 3rd light, street name changes to MUSEUM RD.) Continue straight onto Museum Road. Following 222 NORTH, take 222 BUSINESS NORTH Exit (Lancaster Pike through Shillington). Exit Ramp will put you onto 222 NORTH - LANCASTER PIKE. At the 3rd Light, TURN LEFT onto MUSEUM ROAD. Go straight until 2nd light. At 2nd light, TURN RIGHT onto KENHORST BOULEVARD. At 1st left, TURN LEFT onto EAST WYOMSSING BOULEVARD. STS. CONSTANTINE & HELEN CHURCH will be a few blocks up on your left.
Following 422 EAST (also called PENN AVENUE), go straight until you pass the traffic light for 724 / Shillington Rd. on the right. (There will be a McDonald's and Rita's Water Ice at the intersection). After that light, go through five traffic lights. After the 5th light, the road splits into 422 Business EAST / Penn Avenue and 422 West / 222 North. Follow left side up hill to 422 BUSINESS EAST. Continuing on 422 Business East / Penn Ave, you will go through about 8 or 9 traffic lights; you'll be at numbered avenues by then. When you come to 5TH AVENUE, TURN RIGHT at the light onto 5TH AVE and follow the directions from the in the directions entitled: "From North (using 222 S to 422 E)".

Following PA TURNPIKE EAST, take the 222 READING Exit (Exit 286 / Old Exit 21). Once you exit, follow signs for 222 North. At the 1st light, TURN RIGHT to merge onto 222 NORTH. Take 222 North, and follow above directions entitled: "From South (using 222 N)".
